BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Dawn Roberts, a 39-year-old wife and mother, is speaking out after being struck by a stray bullet outside Nobles Bar and Grill on South Charles Street in Federal Hill.
The incident occurred just after midnight on July 27 as Roberts was celebrating her birthday with friends.
