Felon with stolen firearm arrested after North Charleston traffic stop, police report

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A convicted felon was arrested Saturday after officers with the North Charleston Police Department discovered a stolen firearm during a traffic stop.

Tony Smalls, a 38-year-old convicted felon was arrested and charged with Possession of a Stolen Pistol and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
