CLEVELAND, Tennessee — Two properties once owned by Whirlpool in downtown Cleveland are now under ownership by the City with Spirit.
Mayor Kevin Brooks announced the acquisition of the former Whirlpool Plants 1 and 2 in downtown Cleveland late last week.
