WORCESTER, Mass. (WWLP) – A New York City man was arrested in Massachusetts as a fugitive from justice in connection with an attempted murder charge.
The U.S. Marshals Service Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force stated that an arrest warrant for Attempted Murder had been issued for 33-year-old Gregory Alphonso on May 23, 2025, by the City of New York Supreme Court.

The New York City Police Department worked alongside the U.S. Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force in New York and New Jersey to search for Alphonso. A collaborative investigation led the team to believe that Alphonso was in Massachusetts.
