COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A Honduran man appeared in federal court on Monday after giving Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) the slip while leaving a hospital.
Aurelio Moises Castillo-Reyes, 22, of Honduras, faces a federal charge of escape from custody. Court documents filed Friday and unsealed Monday say he was being held at the Tri-County Regional Jail on an ICE detainer on August 11.
