ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Police arrested Christopher Mackey, 44, one of two people accused of assaulting a woman while she was walking in Rockford.
According to Rockford Police, officers were called to the scene of an aggravated assault in the area of 9th Street and Charles Street, near UW SwedishAmerican Hospital.
