ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Sandra Kemp is the executive director of food and nutrition for Albuquerque Public Schools – and the one who makes sure their Central Kitchen works like a well-oiled machine.
“We get the product in here. We warehouse everything here, we pack meals here, just bake here, all around full operations,” Kemp said.
