NISKAYUNA — A person was killed Sunday night after they were hit by a car on State Street, police said.
Niskayuna police said they were called around 9 p.m. for a reported car crash involving a pedestrian on State Street near North Fagan Avenue.
The pedestrian, who police have not named while they work to find the person’s next of kin, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said the driver of the car stayed at the scene and has been cooperating with investigators…
