OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. (WAFF) – A teenage girl who ran from her DHR caseworker outside a treatment facility in Owens Cross Roads is still on the run.
Owens Cross Roads Police Chief Jason Dobbins says the 15-year-old was being dropped off at the Pathway Youth Treatment Facility before she opened the car door and ran.
She was last spotted in Lawrence County, Tennessee…
