Lancaster County man punches woman, breaks child’s nose with rocks: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County man is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a woman and a child on August 2 in Denver Borough.

According to police, around 11:50 p.m., Steven Irvin, 44, of Denver punched a woman in the face and threw rocks through the window of home on Oak Street, one of which allegedly struck a child in the face.
