ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man on parole after a police chase in the city led to an officer getting hit by the car door.
On Monday night, around 10:30 p.m., Rochester police officers made contact with the individual in the area of Lyell Avenue and Saratoga Street. It was alleged that he individual got into a car to leave the scene.
