SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Savannah Police Department (SPD) arrested a rideshare driver on Monday in connection with an aggravated battery and kidnapping.
Bryan David Smith was arrested and charged with criminal attempt (rape), aggravated battery, kidnapping and robbery by sudden snatching.
