Back-to-school bedtime: Resetting your child’s sleep schedule

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -Getting good sleep for students plays a crucial role in starting off a new school on the right foot.

At least two weeks out from the first day of school, pediatricians recommend shifting from your summer bedtime routine into a more consistent school ready sleep schedule.
