WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Wichita Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate 19-year-old Hercules Palmer, who has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old.
Police said Hercules was last seen in the 4600 block of E. 45th Street North in Wichita.
He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and 200 pounds. He has blonde/brown with some facial hair.
