LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an inmate death that occured Sunday afternoon at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.
On August 17, at around 5:47 p.m., deputies found 60-year-old Emmanuel Davis of Little Rock unresponsive in his cell.
