ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Two people are in custody for two alleged shootings police say happened Sunday in the downtown Albuquerque area.
Police arrested Silvan Monarco for allegedly shooting his girlfriend in front of the Kimo Theater. They say Monarco was arguing in a car with his girlfriend. At one point, they got out of the car, which is when Monarco is accused of shooting her and her relative who was also in the car with them.
Monarco reportedly called for help. He is now charged with two counts of aggravated battery. The two people shot are expected to survive…
