Idaho National Guard, Air St. Luke’s rescue hiker with broken leg on Trinity Mountain

BOISE, Idaho — A helicopter crew from the Idaho National Guard was able to assist Air St. Luke’s in successfully rescuing a man from Trinity Mountain.

A news release from the Idaho National Guard said the unit – with the formal name Detachment 1, Golf Company, 1st Battalion, 168th Aviation Regiment – performed the Idaho Air National Guard’s eighth successful rescue of this year.
