Fiesta Mexicana returned to Legion Park over the weekend, drawing over 25,000 people to celebrate the Mexican heritage, food, music and traditions that make up the Woodburn community.
The 61st annual festival, held Aug. 15-17, brought in 25,559 attendees — the second-largest crowd in its history — according to city staff.
