CHENEY, Wash. — Cheney Public Schools (CPS) will restrict student cell phone use during school hours beginning with the 2025-2026 academic year under an updated policy approved by the district.
According to CPS, the district updated Policy 3245 and adopted Procedure 3245: Students & Telecommunications Devices, which creates different restrictions based on grade level.
