The Watkins Mill Cluster is gearing up for its third annual Cluster Block Party, returning this year to an evening format. The community-focused event will be held on Friday, September 19th, from 5-8 p.m. at Montgomery Village Middle School, located at 19300 Watkins Mill Rd, Montgomery Village.
