CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Frank O. Hunt, a former Charleston broadcast journalist renowned for his tough but fair reporting, died Monday night after a long battle with cancer. He was 89.
Hunt was instrumental in establishing WCIV as a credible news source in the Lowcountry during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
