GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The founder and owner of Grand Rapids-area restaurant chain Mr. Burger has died.
Peter Christopoulos, 90, died Saturday, according to an obituary from Arsulowicz Brothers Mortuary. He and his wife, Maria, started eight Mr. Burger restaurants: Lake Michigan Drive and Northland Drive in Grand Rapids, 44th Street and 28th Street in Wyoming, Kentwood, Hudsonville, Comstock Park and Allendale.
