Community maintains memorial for 13-year-old Kei’Mani Latigue

TOLEDO, Ohio — Nearly five months after 13-year-old Kei’Mani Latigue was found dead inside an abandoned east Toledo home, people in the community are keeping her memory alive with a growing memorial.

What started with balloons, candles and stuffed animals has expanded into a more permanent tribute.
