Developers Propose Nora District’s First Condo at 1105 N. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida

The developers of the Nora District in West Palm Beach have proposed the billion-dollar project’s first condo. NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock StreetCapital, in partnership with Ronto Group, want to proceed with an 11-story building, calling for close to 345,000 square feet of new construction.

According to Discover South Florida, homes would include two-bedroom and three-bedroom floorplans, spanning 1,650 to 2,640 square feet. The average unit would span about 1,900 square feet. Future residents would have access to a host of communal amenities, such as two swimming decks, two pickleball courts, and a gym. There would also be a party room, business center, and other gathering space.

Aside from the residential aspect, the tower would host 19,731 square feet of retail space, slated to include wellness services, dining options, and boutiques. Robert Swedroe Architects designed the community.

As noted, Ronto Group is among the project’s developers. The Naples-based firm is also working on the Rosewood Residences Lido Beach, a luxury, 65-unit condo in Sarasota. It’s slated for an early 2026 completion, having topped out in November 2024…
