LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A social media post by Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin shows bail has been set at $10 million for a suspected Hot Springs human trafficker.
Griffin stated a district judge set the bail for Zengguang “Gary” Liu after raids of three Hot Springs massage parlors on July 28 led to his arrest. In an Aug. 14 news conference, Griffin said Liu was taken into custody in Oklahoma after the raids, where Arkansas warrants were served on him.

Liu was taken to the Garland County Detention Center on Aug. 15.
