A Frisco man faces three felony charges after allegedly firing a gun at a group of teenagers who rang his doorbell and ran as part of a prank, police said Monday.
Damon Wolfe, 58, was arrested Aug. 7 on three counts of aggravated assault. The charges stem from a July 28 incident in which Wolfe reportedly left his home on Scottsdale Way around 11 p.m. and fired multiple shots at a passing car he believed was connected to a “ding dong ditch” prank.
Frisco police said Wolfe had called 911, claiming someone attempted to kick in his door. Later that night, officers found a vehicle with three bullet holes and interviewed the driver and two passengers, who initially gave a false location but later admitted to the prank…
