Lawsuit filed against City of Norman concerning closed library

NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – A lawsuit has been filed against the City of Norman and its public utilities authority, claiming a breach of contract and negligence. Pioneer Library System (PLS) filed the suit last week.

“We want Central to be open. We want something to, you know, to fill that void in our community,” said Kelly Sitzman, director of communications for Pioneer Library System.
