ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – People across the region often see golf carts used as a mode of transportation, but one St. Louis City leader wants to regulate how they are being used.
Alderman Matt Devoti, who represents Ward 5, is proposing a bill to regulate golf cart usage in the city.
