(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A domestic disturbance was reported in which shots were fired, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), leading to an arrest on Monday, Aug. 18.
According to CSPD, around 8:45 p.m. on Monday, officers responded to West Colorado Avenue near 26th Street and near 31st Street, where it was reported that at least one shot had been fired during the disturbance. When they arrived at the location, officers found the victim, a woman, and several witnesses.
CSPD reported that the suspect, later identified as Zachary McFarlin, was found nearby and taken into custody. A firearm was found during the investigation. No one was reported injured…
