EUGENE, Ore. – Police arrested 35-year-old Adam Cole Young following a dramatic sequence of events involving narcotics and firearms, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said Young was involved in a “mobile dispute” where he rear-ended his girlfriend’s vehicle and chased her onto Willamette Street. Officers quickly intervened, and Young fled back to a residence on West 37th Avenue. Young was apprehended while attempting to flee out the back of the house. His girlfriend was unharmed and chose not to press charges.
A search warrant was executed for Young’s bedroom and vehicle. Police said they recovered approximately 62 grams of methamphetamine, two loaded handguns, a stolen rifle, and equipment stolen from a college athletics team…
