The city of Sparks Redevelopment Agency is contemplating the purchase of approximately eight acres in the Marina district for a new city hall campus, with a proposed price tag of $10 million.
The decision will be made on August 25 following the regularly scheduled Sparks City Council meeting.
City staff view this as a strategic opportunity, given the property owner’s willingness to sell and rising market values.
