CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A student at East Hamilton High School now faces charges after authorities say a school resource deputy discovered a stolen pistol and a loaded high-capacity magazine in the student’s vehicle.
The deputy, who was investigating a suspicious vehicle parked in the school’s lot, detected the odor of marijuana upon arrival, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
