WEST YORK BOROUGH, Pa. (WHTM) – A York County man has been identified as the victim of Friday’s shooting in West York.
The York County Coroner’s office said Osha Copeland, 23, of West York Borough, was shot multiple times on August 15. The coroner’s office said Copeland and another individual were shot on the first block of South Highland Avenue.
