KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — The city of Kalamazoo is clawing back approval of a $400,000 loan for a project to turn an old hotel into affordable housing.
At the city Business Commission’s Monday meeting, members voted to rescind the developer agreement for the loan to convert the former Residence Inn at 1500 E. Kilgore Road near Portage Road into apartments.
