INDIANAPOLIS — A woman is facing charges after her 2-year-old son died after accidently shooting himself on the north side of Indianapolis.
IMPD officers reported to a person shot at the CVS parking lot in the 2300 block of East 46th Street, near Keystone Avenue, just before 3 p.m. June 19.
