ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A new park in Vinings will honor a beloved Cobb County artist.
The nonprofit Cobb Landmarks and Historical Society announced Monday that it had secured funding to create a new “pocket park” honoring the legacy of celebrated Black folk artist Nellie Mae Rowe.
