LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – An overturned semi Wednesday morning on I-75 in Lexington had backed up traffic in the southbound lanes.
The Lexington, KY Traffic Management Center noted that the crash happened around 7:10 a.m., and I-75 northbound and southbound had both been reduced to one lane.

Just after 8:10 a.m., Lexington traffic officials confirmed all northbound lanes are back open, but police units were still on the shoulder, and traffic was moving slowly.
