Solar development proposal in Lexington draws mixed reactions

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Solar conservation and farm preservation are ongoing topics in Lexington.

At Tuesday’s Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council meeting, residents, farm owners and city groups joined leaders at City Hall to share their thoughts on possible changes to zoning regulations.
