Pedal Pub is coming to Conway, but the customer-propelled tour bike with the beer barrel for a bumper won’t be fueled by alcohol like it is in other cities.
Company representatives and the Conway City Council on Monday, Aug. 18 agreed to a franchise agreement that allows the 15-passenger bicycle to offer two-hours tours on city streets, but drinking won’t be allowed.
