RICHMOND, Va. — Students and their parents walked past a crime scene on their way to the bus stop Wednesday morning after a shooting at the Belt Atlantic Apartments in South Richmond.
The incident occurred around 6 a.m. in the 4000 block of Midlothian Turnpike during an attempt to execute a search warrant, per Richmond Police.
