Condo/Hotel to Replace Sandalwood Beach Resort in North Redington Beach at 17100 Gulf Boulevard, North Redington Beach, FL,

Sandalwood Beach Resort in North Redington Beach was damaged beyond repair following Hurricane Helene in 2024. Now, a group of developers have plans to renovate the resort into a six-story condo/hotel that would offer waterfront homes and various public amenities.

The 47-unit development was constructed in 1959 and currently measures three stories above grade. The building would be demolished and replaced with another building that would offer the same number of units, although they will be larger, and each one will offer oceanfront views.

According to St. Pete Rising, floors two through five of the new development will feature a variety of one-bedroom to four-bedroom homes. They would measure 665 to 2,157 square feet, with prices starting at $1 million. The ground floor would feature three units. Communal amenities would include a tiki bar, swimming pool, and exclusive fitness center. The rooftop offers the potential for penthouses and other luxury offerings.

Access to the amenities would be available to non-hotel residents through a membership, capped at 100. Nored Beach Development, Century 21, and Sandalwood at Redington LLC are the developers.
