MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A person told Madison Police Department officers that he suffered a gunshot wound while passing around a gun over the weekend.
MPD said the incident occurred around 5:15 a.m. Saturday on East Towne Boulevard, about a block away from East Towne Mall.
