RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — Washoe County is one step closer to beginning construction on a new youth behavioral health center in Reno at the site of the old West Hills Behavioral Health Hospital on E. 9th St.
County commissioners on Tuesday unanimously approved two contracts, clearing the way for the final architecture work and first stages of construction at the site.
