NCDOT to do impact study on 8-lane flyover, I-26 connector

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Urban Planner Joe Minicozzi and architect Wendy Legerton share a passion for not seeing Asheville end up with an eight-lane flyover.
