BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man with six warrants was arrested after a stolen vehicle pursuit through Kern County.
Rolando Javier Chavez Ortiz, 39, was arrested under suspicion of felony evading, felonyvandalism, possession of a stolen vehicle, and resisting arrest, according to Shafter police.
