BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Three people from Buffalo were charged and another suspect is still on the loose after they allegedly broke into a home in Orchard Park, assaulted a person, and stole property worth over $30,000, according to police.
Police said around 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning, they were called to a residence on Milestrip Road for a reported disturbance. A 39-year-old man with a facial injury and shoulder pain was located in the residence and taken to ECMC. He was treated for serious injuries and released, but will need surgery.
