Harrisonburg officials remind residents about the dangers of gas leaks following explosion in Albemarle County

HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) – A home in Albemarle County exploded Tuesday night in what seems to be the result of a gas fire, leaving one person with life-threatening injuries and another one dead inside the home.

Although the exact cause has not been confirmed, Harrisonburg Fire Chief Matthew Tobia wants to remind residents of the dangers of gas leaks.
