On Sunday, the Clearwater Police Department rescued a French bulldog left in a vehicle with windows only down two inches.
The dog had been left in a car at Sand Key Park as temperatures and the heat index soared over 96 degrees. The officer found the dog panting excessively with drool coating the back seat. The officer rescued the dog out of the car and transported him to a veterinarian for emergency care…
