SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — The city’s annual National Night Out event for security awareness was cancelled shortly after it began at Bexley Park Aug. 5 due to large crowds of teens being violent and defiant to police.
Around 5:45 p.m., officers discovered that a crowd of about 50 teens had huddled around two girls who were fighting in a resident’s front yard across the street.
