HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) says it has identified a shirtless man who stole a package off a porch in Flat Rock.
This comes after the HCSO posted a video on Facebook seeking the public’s help to identify the shirtless bandit.
